HOW WE OPERATE

NEAN LLC is a fleet owner, not a motor carrier. Our equipment and the independent professional drivers who contract with us operate under the USDOT/MC operating authority, insurance, and safety program of an authorized, FMCSA-registered motor carrier partner. The carrier tenders, dispatches, and invoices the freight; NEAN LLC furnishes the equipment and contracted drivers that move it.

Everything we do, on and off the road, is guided by five principles: safety first, transparency, reliability, driver support, and operational excellence. No load is more important than your life and the safety of others.

Business hoursMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)Emergency / roadsideBreakdown and roadside support for NEAN LLC equipment while under an active load. Load dispatch is handled by the motor carrier.
